Way too many people have played the Anakin Sywalker/Darth Vader character, it can be hard to keep track of them all.

Prowse and Lucas had kind of a falling out before Episode 6, because Prowse had actually let out the secret connection between Vader and Luke in an interview when he was promoting Episode 5. Depending on who you believe, the scenes of Vader’s death and the trio of Force ghosts on Endor were given to Shaw in punishment for this.

Prowse is kind of interesting, really, in how he doesn’t seem to have gotten the recognition for his role that other Star Wars cast members have. Even Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker have a bigger presence in the public mind.
